OpsCenter Status Code "HTTP Status 503 - Servlet action is currently unavailable"
We had a vendor install the latest OpsCenter for us. They have since come and gone and our team never verified it was working. When we click on the web UI login we immedietly get the 503 status. I'm not having much luck online in looking for possible remedies. Would love suggestions on troubleshooting and correcting this.
Weekly Worker Report for SD 7.1
Hoping someone else has asked for the same thing but i am in need of a weekly worker report for SD 7.1. I have been sucessful in creating a report that show all workers but i dont want this report to go out to everyone and see everybody elses open tickets. Our old Altirs 6.5 had a weekly report that went out that showed the following. I hope i can get the same outcome.that report is below. I have messed around with the out of box reports but it still does not give me what i want. Thanks in advanced for your help. Open Tickets: 3 Planned Work Items: 0 Incidents Closed Today: 0 Incidents Closed in the Last 5 Days: 0 Incidents Edited in the Last 5 Days: 1 Incidents by Priority: ASAP Priority: 0 High Priority: 0 Medium Priority: 5 Low Priority: 0 Planned Priority: 0
DQL Use case
I have a potential opportunity for Data Insight with a focus around leveraging the Data Insight Query Language and am looking for additional help. I am starting to look at the Data Insight SDK guide to understand things but have one quick question (and perhaps many more difficult ones) The first question is, can I create variables/tokens within the syntax of the DQL and pass it through the Data Insight Report builder or do I have to leverage an outside process and call the SDK somehow? So the example is to query the Data Insight data for all shares with a specific name in it. Would I be able to token this within the Data Insight UI so each time the report ran it prompted me for the value or would I have to create separate form to pass this into the query? I am still gathering new information and will update this post when that is available.
OpsCenter Report failed jobs excluding okay on re-run
Hi there all! Im using OpsCenter Analytics 7.6.0.1 on a windows server 2008. As my title says, i need help to create a report. I can create a report with failed jobs during last night without any problems. But i have noticed that it´s not giving me the info i want. I only want jobs that didnt run at all, not jobs that failed on first attempt and then went well on re-run. Hope you understand my problem. BR Fredric
"Time Frame Group By" does not apear to work
Hoping somebody can help me out... I am trying to generate a "Success Rate Report" for each NB environment (ie., one line per master, with the success rate info). When I run the report on Mondays, to get the weekend success rate, I keep getting one line per master per day. I have tried changing various parameters when editing the template. It would appear that the "Time Frame Group By" would be the option to use to consolidate the 3 days worth of info into one line per master, but when I run the report, I get 1 line per master per day, no matter what my Time Frame Group By value is. I am running OpsCenter 7.5.0.3, reporting on mostly 6.5.6 NB masters. Thanks
