overwite and append
Hello there, i m new to bkp exec 16... i take backup to disk to tape i want the backup to disk 1st day of month..then duplicate to tape to stay on tape for 26 weeks (keep data) we have limited number of tapes .. so how i should set the values of overwrite and append to tape? i did the below overwrite same as keep the data append..infinite..always append.. but i m afraid that if i set overwrite less than the period to keep data..it overwrites it.. any help regarding these concepts and how to set them correctly is really appreciated..thanx :)
