Unable to open some items via the web app: Failed to get the document from the Storage Service
EV 11.0.1 + CHF2 Windows 2008 R2 Intermittently we're seeing the error "Failed to get the document from the Storage Service" when viewing items and attachments in the web app. We can use 'View Whole Item', no problem. Some of the info I've come across on the web says it could be a "resource problem" but nothing has been real helpful in getting to the bottom of this.
Clearwell Preprocessing - de-dupe of outlook conversation history
Does Clearwell effectively de-dupe a series of conversations that build on each other via Lync 2013/Outlook? For example, if I've started a chat with someone, then we go idle for 10 minutes, the conversation is saved in my Outlook Conversation History folder. If we start chatting again, then I close the conversation window, the Conversation is saved again. During preprocessing, will Clearwell de-dupe (i.e. remove the first conversation) before processing and review?
Question about Provisioning/Archiving
Hello Team, I have a user account added to 2 different provisioning group. Now when I check the archiving report, do not see any information of the user. The Archiving has been not working. Please let me know if a user is added to 2 provisioning group does the archiving stop?
