CA Database Schema - SQL Querying
Hi there - I am currently looking to build some custom SQL queries against the CA database but am struggling to understand the various tables and their relationships. Is anyone aware of where I can find a data relationship diagram, CA data model schema, or data dictionary to assist? As a temporary option, I am looking at the IntDiscoveredItems table which I understand are similar to the alerts produced when certain hotwords are hit. However I am unsure how to link this table back to the IntHotwordID table? Any help is much appreciated.1.6KViews0likes2CommentsUpgraded to CA 11.0.1 - getting errors that customer DB's need to be updated
Recently upgraded EV, CA, and DA. The CA configuration and customer databases were ALL upgraded successsfully. Yesterday I started seeing this when launching the client: When I look at the EVBAAdmin page the customer databases look like they need to be updated.. even though I already successfully upgraded them. So.. what's the deal? I can right click on the customer database, go to Properties, choose Update, and that temporarily fixes the issue.. a day or so later I'm getting the same error from the client and the EVBAAdmin page shows all the customer databases as needing to be updated.. again. Has anyone seen this??Solved1.4KViews0likes2CommentsCustomer's background tasks stuck in starting
CA 10.0.4.1060 On 1 of our 2 CA servers the all of the customer's task status is showing as "Starting". The service status for these customers shows as "Stopped" in the CA client. I can't find any errors in the Event logs or IIS logs that give any sort of clue as to why the tasks aren't starting. I've tried using dtrace to find some answers but I can't see anything that reveals the source of the problem. I've done IIS resets, restarted the Accelerator Manager Service, the server has even been rebooted. We did install an application called NeverFail on both of the CA servers around the time this started. It's been disabled since. Has anyone seen this before? Maybe give me some direction on where to look next? I'm puzzled as to why it's happening on one of the CA servers but not the other.Solved2.4KViews0likes7Comments
