User search of their messages from journal? Anyone know of a good utility?
As this is not a function that Symantec provides currently, does anyone know of a 3rd party app that can produce these results? My issue is that messages, even though they are in the archive via the journal, cannot be searched by the user insearch vault or archive explorer. Assuming the user deleted the message before the mailbox archiving task archived that message bases upon age. We just migrated from emailxtender and even though EV is working as designed, my users view it as broken since this is actually a functionality loss.Solved1.4KViews0likes10Comments
