I was told that it is possible to search Enterprise Vault for specific journaled messages from within Clearwell and then have the ability to delete those messages from the vault store. I'm not able to find any clear documentation on this, is this possible? Is there an article posted somewhere that I can reference? Thanks.Solved470Views0likes1CommentClearwell - How to search just between two email addresses in Collections
Hi! Just purchased Clearwell and are actually starting to use it. I am looking to search just between two email addresses in the collections step. I can't find a way to do it. I can get everything from AND to the email addresses then filter it down in processing but that is WAY more data than I need. I just want to pull everything between two emails/custodians. Anyone know how to do this? thanks!Solved729Views0likes1CommentLegal Hold Notices
Is there a solution within the Clearwell Legal Hold module/tool to remove the confirmation link and language from the reminders and release notices? This is being asked because there is no relevant info for the custodian in the reminder and it causes confusion. Unless, there is a way of noting it in the reminder and I am not aware of it. As for the “To view your pending and active legal hold notices, please copy and paste this…”, section can Clearwell list the custodian’s pending legal holds/ links? Example of Reminder: To: Joe Custodian Sent: Monday, May 05, 2014 11:08 AM From: Generic LEGAL HOLD mailbox (Company X) Cc: [insert Legal Team member names here] Subject: LEGAL HOLD REMINDER: ### Investigation (Sample) Hello and thank you for reaching out. You can disregard the confirmation link. This is a routine reminder for the legal hold. For details of the hold, please refer to the original hold email. Thank you. Hello, Hopefully a quick question. My organization is considering Symantec Clearwell for E-Discovery in our Microsoft Exchange 2010 environment. According to the Symantec representative it uses IMAP to access Exchange mailboxes and search them. However I find that difficult to believe since there are more efficient ways to do this like EWS or even MAPI. I read the public documentation but cannot get a definitive answer. Can someone confirm what protocol/method does Clearwell use to access and search the Exchange databases for E-Discovery purposes? Hello. My total file count is incorrect because the same file was duplicated into multiple folders. How can I quickly identify a file that is in more than one location. Basically if 2 objects are identical that reside in 2 different locations, please bring them back in a query. Thanks Liza Hackett642Views0likes2CommentsClearwell tagging question for Predictive coding
We have a question on how PC (Predictive Coding) will handle the analysis if an email body is not privileged but one of the earlier/later replies or forwards is privileged... All messages are indexed (no derived emails) so I believe each email would then be tagged on its own merit, and the prediction will be based on each email and not on the entire thread. What are the thoughts on this from the community? Also, how would this be handled if some of the messages are derived? Thanks for any thoughts/comments.1KViews0likes5Comments
