I can't log in to my Partnernet Account. It's been a while since I've last accessed this and I'm not sure if it is still active or not. I've sent a few emails via the link provided at the login page and received no reply. Last I remember was I tried changing the account settings for my Symantec Connect account to a different email. Hi all, Getting a few errors on a new installation that I am unable to resolve or find the solution to online. Before I ran my backups I get the following error which causes the failure of my inventory: Final error: 0xe000e005 - The job has reported multiple errors. See the job log for details. Final error category: Backup Device ErrorsCompleted status: Failed Software is installed on a virtual Windows 2008 R2 server using Backup Exec 2010 with B2D using Deduplication and no backup to tape. When I run my backups, most work except for 2, SQL and local backups. The local backups appear to running in a loop as all I have selected to backup are the C:\ & D:\ drives which are no more than 100GB combined. For some reason BE is backing up 700GB. Which I can't claim back. The SQL backup I get the following error: SQL Databases-Daily Full Backup Policy -- The job failed with the following error: One or more SQL Database consistency checks have failed. I have disabled consistency checks but I still get the error. 1.When I receiving item, I don't know I should choose which choice in "the items should be received as". What are their diiferent ? 2.When I choose "Update an existing Resource / Add the Condumable to a Stockroom and Add as a Cost Item to existing Resource", the received line items show the System Number, What dose this mean? and I select the Exisiting Resource/ Stockroom, I cannot updated the resource, What does the problem in this case.465Views0likes1CommentSymantec Service Desk 7.5 - Classifying an incident only for SubCategory alone
Hi, I am setting up service desk 7.5 in my environment. My question is how to select only SubCategory to for specific classification without inherit the rule to Main Category.When i add condition for example: Classification -Is Specific Classification -"Hardware.Notebook.Fax". When i apply this the rule, all the category along the path inherit the rule as well. I have several sub category having Fax in the list,so i dont think can use keyword to define it specificly.
