problem with my account manager
Hi all, I don't know what to do anymore. I have urgent problems concerning the purchase of a certificate through Thawte, my Sales rep is from Symantec though. Ususally I am waiting as long as a week for his answer, and he doesn't reply to some of my mails. Is there a duty manager or superior I can find out and contact or am I helplessly at this person's mercy? Any help or hint would be greatly appreciated! Wrong Russian translation on Russian PartnerNet
Hello everyone, Could you please give me a contact or advice on how to change translation on localized Russian PartnerNet site? Problem description: When I log in on Russian version of PartnerNet I see the dashboad. One of this default dashboard sections says: The Russian sentence “У вас нет никаких предупреждений” (“You don’t have any warnings”) should be changed to “У вас нет никаких уведомлений” (“You don’t have any alerts”). The reason is that the current translation uses Russian word “предупреждение”. This word is used in common to warn someone that he/she has done something wrong (e.g. on moderated bogs or forums the moderator could give warning to the user for using offensive language: “You have warning for that. Two more and you will be banned!”). Partners on Russian PartnerNet are being confused with the current translation.Solved2.2KViews2likes8Comments
Altiris Patch Management, custom report: SQL Relationship between Bulletins and Targets
Hi guys, I'm trying to make a custom report to show the compliance of the Bulletins by targets. But i couldn't find the right relationship between tables to show this information. For example, I need to know for each bulletin, what are the targets that are assigned to each policy? Here is my SQL's: 1) At First, i choose a specific Bulletin by Guid : BulletinsGUID.txt 2) Then i run this SQL with the Guid that i want and pasted into the variable --> @BulletinGuid = 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx' TargetsByBulletin.txt 3) The query will show the Bulletin Name and Target name, but i haven't could to acquire the results that i need, can anybody help me ?? WinXP Image
Hi, I need urgent help in modifying existing Win XP image. I am new to this role and has to complete this activity asap. I have got one .gho and two .ghs image of Windows XP and a Win PE already created. I am able to create a bootable usb using Win PE USBbuild.bat file but when I am using this file to re-image. It says usb image is fat32 and OS image is NTFS and I do not get any error but it did not proceed further. Not sure how to go about this. Can someone provide me some urgent help on this please? Need to add some new models to this image and also need to share instructions on ow to create a bootable usb to download the image from the network. Thanks.1.2KViews1like1Comment

Hi all, pleaseadvise regards on this Fingerprinting Feature -They want to have a fingerprint feature enabled so that they will not create many policies for just one document that they want to protect. -Or is it possible to have a storage (repository of their documents) so that the created policies will just check the fingerprinted documents from the storage? thank you, marj829Views0likes2Comments
