Page Layout - how to hide the west pane permanently?
My organization uses Folder Sync with enterprise vault.cloud personal archiveand I find tags way more useful than digging through folders. For me,folder sync is a waste of my attention and screen space. Is there a way to hide it permanently? I noticed the site uses JQuery views:http://layout.jquery-dev.net/demos/custom_togglers.html I can minimize the "west" pane by clicking on the toggler, but next time I log in, the west pane is open again. If I go into settings and choose the layout I want (five) it still looks like six.846Views0likes0CommentsTrouble creating an archive directory from Outlook 2013
I am trying to set up an archive web folder from Outlook 2013. The Symantec help instructions on this are clear and concise and we have successfully set up archive web folders on other desktops in our office. There seems to be a particular problem with one laptop though. These are the relevant instructions: Right-click the web folder and click Properties. Select the Home Page tab. In the Address field, enter your Personal.cloud URL The problem is that on the troublesome laptop, the Address field is grey and you cannot enter anything. This is an Exchange mailbox. On the same laptop, with the same Outlook, on a different email address, which is set for IMAP, it is possible to create an archive web folder and the address field is not grey. Has anyone experienced this previously and is there a solution?984Views0likes1CommentGetting Started with Vault.cloud
I'm trying to setup Vault.Cloud on Microsoft Exchange 2010 with Outlook 2010 clients. I have created a journaling contact and also an SMTP Send Connector. I then activated Journaling on our exchange server mailbox database. I'm unsure of what to do next. Should our Outlook 2010 clients see a .cloud folder or do I have to do something else? Any help would be appreciated. Thank youSolved1.2KViews0likes1Comment
