GUP unable to provide the full.Zip definition to clients
GUP is not providing the Full.Zip defintion file to clients. Any idea or solution would be very helpful. Please let me know if anything else needed.Sym Help Diganostics
Hello, Not sure if this is the right forum to post, but here goes: If you go to the URL: https://support.symantec.com/en_US/enterprise-vault-ms-exchange.50996.html you'll get the mainpage for the KB entries for Enterprise Vault. at the top are 3 'sticky notes'. the middle one reads Sym Help Diganostics That should be Sym Help Diagnostics thanks, Gertjan
Backup Exec Appliance 3600 Webaccess not found
HI, Please see the following details:- Product Name:- Backup Exec Aplliance 3600 R2 Brief Description of Problem:- Not able to open web console While try to access appliance through web using ipaddress , it displays an ERROR The webpage cannot be found Also attached error message in file attachements if anybody finds resoluiton it will be great..!!
