Implications of restarting EV services and DA Accelerator services
Hi Environment is EV 9.0.2 We currently restart the following EV services nightly: Enterprise Vault Task Controller Service Enterprise Vault Storage Service Enterprise Vault Shopping Service We do this for historical reasons as we did it in our older EV8 environment, I believe it was to clear up MAPI sessions andkeep the system running more smoothly. Is this still necessary? Does restart these EV services impact DA searches and exports? What's the impact? Does restarting the DA Accelerator service impact DA searches and exports? Hello, I have a situation where legal needs anexport of all emails sent between two parties. They do not need the actual content, just the To &From fields and maybe the Subject. Is there a way to do that in DA? I tried searching with the browser search in EV, but I could not find a way to just export the metadata, only the content. How to delete custodian managers in DA using SQL query
We accidentally loaded all users from our AD into DA using ADSynchronization. There are around 60,000 custodians now, while we only need 500 custodian. Can anyone please suggest any helpful solutions? We are looking to delete unwanted custodians using a SQL query. Is there a SQL query to delete multiple custodian managers from DA? Custom Attribute - Secu - Searching for Encrypted Email
I need to know the possible values in the Secu attribute. If I search Secu with a value of 1, I get a wackload of email so I am guessing that is unencrypted email. If I search Secu with a value of 2, I get what I think is encrypted email. I see only the to/from/subject/date and no body. I get a very small number of emails. Hi Environment is EV/DA 10.0.4. Does the DA SQL database keep a history of the archives that were targeted in an individual search? What about if the search was deleted? Or if the case was deleted?
