Just curious if anyone else is using AWS S3 for offsite replication/backups.
We have been using it for two years and it was flawless up until a few month ago when it became very unreliable. Jobs would fail regularly, authentication errors would cause the cloud storage to be set offline. We tried to create a new bucket just to see if that would help and it worked fine for a few days and then the same errors occurred. Worked with support for a long time and never found a solution.
Wondering if we're the only ones seeing this. Running BE 21.4 with latest hotfix.

We have seen this sometimes. You can check the logs and see if the same errors are seen.

I've been through every KB and all the solutions. The info in your link is not applicable to our situation. We don't have the same errors and we're not using Glacier as part of our storage.

How long has your current AWS cloud storage been in use? Which version of Backup Exec? How many jobs and how much data are you pushing out?

can you share the adamm.log from BE Install Path\Logs We can get some info regarding this statement from there "authentication errors would cause the cloud storage to be set offline"
