Error: The query for job view failed!

I use BE 2012 and the job view is broken! I can see jobs, but only some and only partially. In the lower left corner I see the error: The query for job view failed.

What can I do to fix this?

The "Installed Updates" list shows:

• Service Pack 1
• Hotfix 189571
• Hotfix 180964
• Hotfix 194470
