I've problem to access BE2012 admin console. It'll popup to ask credential but cannot access even I type everything correctly.
It'll popup error with message.
Could not connect Could not connect to server xxxxxx. check that server name and login credentials were entered correctly and that Backup Exec services are running on the server

I checked in event viewer and found this message

Go to Add/Remove Programs, uninstall the .Net Framework and do a repair of BE. The BE repair will reinstall the .Net Framework.

Hi, After looking around a bit I found this http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH188675 and the article: http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/963904 solution: Verify that Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 is installed and then to unistall and reinstall

I've check my server doesn't has .Net 2.0 from begining. It has .Net 3.0, 3.5, 4 installed. I'm quite sure it work fine even no .Net 2.0 installed.

I just found message in mailbox about repair database. I've done following this link http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH67239. It doesn't solved.
About fully patched. Usually I do it in admin console. At this moment I cannot acces admin console. Does BackupExec has other way to make fully update? Please advice.

Go to Add/Remove Programs, uninstall the .Net Framework and do a repair of BE. The BE repair will reinstall the .Net Framework.

You can also run LiveUpdate from outside the BE console. Click on Start - Run and type in luall.exe
In addition to the above suggestion of reparing the .NET framework, run a repair install of VC as well.

Problem solved.
This following steps I've done.
PS. You need to install license again after repair. This is no pain license imported be there just few click.
