Hello experts!
I have Win2019 server backed up.
I was trying to test recover it using SDR to another system.
Hardware is different, but both are single drive systems. Original system is installed on UEFI bios.
test system has UEFI enabled and legacy enabled as well.
I boot using SDR created on the backup server, but when I select Recover, I get an error:
Firmware types do not match.
Is it possible to restore this way or does hardware has to be exactly the same?
thank you

Please try to disable legacy bios.

I've seen that post.
The problem is, if i disable legacy, i cannot boot SDR, as its made for bios instead of UEFI.
I use rufus to create bootable USB. Does SDR iso support UEFI boot?

i've loaded ISO on a disc, disabled Legacy BIOS and UEFI boot won't see it :(
