Hi!

I have to do a script to connect to the DB of SQL the Symantec Backup Exec 11d and see if it has made a number of backups or not (example: if exist \\server01\data01.zip Then OK)

SQL table that stores this information?

Thanks

You can use CATTOOLS.EXE to dump out catalog information from catalog files however good luck on using that with a script to search for a specific file backed up.

The schema for the BEDB is not published as it is subjected to change without notice.  It is not recommended that you access the BEDB directly.

In any case, information regarding what is backed up is stored in the catalogs and not in the BEDB
