Some Backup Sets are on Status Unknown

Dear Srs.
I have a problem with One of My Raid 5 and the disk crash.
After It I deleted that disk, I am not check the box "Delete the backup sets from the Administration Console views after the storage device is successfully deleted." I think it is my Mistake.
Now some backups sets from this hosts to this Disk are on Status Unknown.

I found that topic and try to do it:
https://vox.veritas.com/t5/Backup-Exec/Delete-Backup-Sets-with-Unknown-Storage/m-p/740728?collapse_d...

But after move some .FH file and .xml files from the Catalog Folder to another and did the steps from the topic, most of the status Unknown disapear, but someone after I did a Inventory and a Catalog return, It is from 2 Hosts only. I make the steps from the topic 2 times and the Status Unknown disapear when I restart the services, but return again. I try to expire, but it not disappear.

I Found this article https://www.veritas.com/content/support/en_US/article.100022151.html to run the command: "CatRebuildIndex", but BE 16 not have this command, It is not possible to do this steps:
1) Stop all BE Services
2) Open command prompt and browse to x:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec
3) Run "CatRebuildIndex -r".
4) Start all BE services

Anyone Know something that is possible to do ?
