HI There,
We have just installed Backup exec 12.5 and put in the licenses we got from symantec and now i'm getting an error on the shadow?copy? on my one server. All the other server's backup with no errors. It's just my one server, it backs up the drive, it's only the shadow?copy? that has an error and no data. So although everything is backed up I keep getting a failed notice. How do i fix this error so that the backups wont fail. I recreated the backup job after I entered in the licenses to see if that would help but nothing.
Also my backups are taking forever to run. It is taking 13 to 17 hours to backup roughly 130GB over 4 servers.
