We invite Veritas' Data Protection customers to participate in our user research which is focused on automation and improvement of Technology infrastructure operation and automation in the context of data protection and recovery. Our objective is to uncover user pain points, pinpoint recurring tasks, and understand the key tasks and needs at hand. By delving into your experiences, we aim to identify avenues for enhancing user experience through APIs, Ecosystem integration, automation, and artificial intelligence.
