Cannot unvault more than 20 files in one go

I have read all of the posts regarding the RecallLimitMaxRecalls for the placeholder service as well as the key to bypass this for local admins but after creating these - we can still only unvault a max of 20 files.

Is there any reasons these keys were not there in the first place?

We are logged on as a domain admin but still have this restriction.

ps we are running this on v 7.5.

we had already tried this to no avail.

Symantec resolved the issue for us.  The place holder was on a 64bit system so the registry key is a bit different, under wow registry.  Now working fine.
