Does anyone installed EV 15.0 facing indexing startup issue

event 41293

An unexpected error has occurred.

Error Summary: Indexing Service start up error
Error Details: Indexing Service child process EVIndexingEngineElasticsearch failed to start within the timeout period

thanks for your comment i tried everything, do you think that i go through with opening a case

is this a new setup/entvironment?if yes, was the installation successful?
did you try to reset the Indexing ?
what is the Dtrace is showing you?
if you have active support, you should register a ticket with support/

Please explain.

What I understood was:

You had an issue with Enterprise Vault 15.0 and the soluctions was to install a Maintenance Release for Enterprise Vault 14.3.

Hi @Tonaco_pt ,

issue was solved after i added the timeout values not installing any maintenance releases.

Hi, thanks for the clarification. I'm sorry but when I open your link yesterday I when to the download page of the 14.3.1 maintenance release, probably keep on pressing the link the page changed and I pressed the link for downloading the 14.3.1 and did not notice.

So again sorry for the confusion
