EV Account permission on fileserver

Dear All

Please confirm if EV admin (local admin) can see all the folders in EV Explorer whether he has explicit permissions on the archived folder\subfolders or not.?

No, the EV Admin will only see archive in ArchiveExplorer or Search that he has been assigned permissions to.

These permission can be inherited from the archive source, assigned manually on the archive, or assigned via EVPM.

is that the same security which we can give  to the archive-property-permission ?

yes, if you add permissions on the archive property permissions tab you will be able to use ArchiveExplorer and the WebApp search page.
