EV Export fails Access is denied. (0x80070005)

Hello together,

we have a customer which have problems exporting items via ev search.

Sometimes we see the following error while exporting.

In the dtrace we can see the following:

CItem::Get com_error raised Error [0x80070005] (err=80070005)

The customer have 4 ev servers. If we switch to another ev server we are able to export. The issue occurs on the other ev servers as well so the issue occurs random.

Hi haeussler,

It seems this could be an IIS issue. If you run iisreset from an admin CMD prompt does the export then work without error?  Depending on the version of EV this could be an issue - https://www.veritas.com/content/support/en_US/article.100052057.html
