Whenever I run the 24 hour health status reports on services, I always get a 4 - Data Unavailable as the result. At the bottom, it says "No status was available for the day." I get the same result on the 7 day status.
Anyone have an idea on why is does this?
Thanks.

Do you know if there is a particular audit that needs to be enabled for this to work? I have every monitor enabled in my site but the audits were turned off. However, I do not see one that specifically talks about service or task monitoring. Do you know if it's wrapped up as part of the "Admin" audit?
Thanks.

You say monitoring is enabled but can you access the Enterprise Vault Operations Manager Web application?
Enter the following URL in Internet Explorer:
http://host_ipaddress/MonitoringWebApp/default.aspx
where host_ipaddress is the IP address of the computer hosting an Enterprise Vault server on which the Enterprise Vault Operations Manager Web application feature is installed.
If that doesn't come you will need to configure EVOM.

This is probably a stupid question, but do the monitoring components need to be installed on each system in the site to work? I have a user archive server, journal server and directory server all seperate but only have monitoring installed on the directory one. Is that the cause of the issue?
