Event ID 41022

[DRH]

I am seeing this event every morning on our EV servers. All services are running and I am able to successfully search against the vaults. The amount varies from day to day. Any ideas are greatly appreciated

There are 60535 index delete operations that have not yet been committed to disk for Vault Store 'Exchange Mail Store'.

Check that the Storage Service is running.

Are you sure you don't have storagedelete registry key set?

Can you successfully delete items from EV?

What version/sp of EV are you running.

1. I looked under HKLM\Software\KVS\Enterprise Vault\Storage and do not see this key...am I looking in the right spot?

2. Yes...I actually have been cleaning out my old archived items this morning.

3. This is EV Version V7.0

Did you by chance upgrade your SQL server from SQL 2000 to SQL 2005?

We are not running any PST tasks at this time.Here are the results from the dtrace anyway...the event this AM stated there is now over 110,000 delete operations that have not yet been committed to disk.

I have still been unable to track down any information on this event. The number of items continues to grow as users delete items from the vault. I have looked at all the possibilities recommended here. If anyone else has any ideas please shoot them my way.

I'd recommend that you file a case with Symantec...
They will be able to help with this.
