Move Enterprise Vault pointers to designated folder upon archiving

Does anyone know if the EV pointers left in the original mail item location can be moved automatically to a designated folder within the mailbox either upon archiving or after the item reaches a certain age?

Any help is appreciated

You could try to setup an Outlook rule which does it.

You should be able to filter the items using the forms name.

But this would probably only work for items in the inbox...
