When you say she can't see the forms I take you mean the icon for the short cuts do not show? It sounds like she doesn't have anything archived.
Can she open the webapp search and search her archive that way? Do the EV buttons show on the toolbar?

... and do you have a client trace with maximum logging enabled?
... and in your Desktop Policy -> Advanced, under Outlook what do you have for Deploy Forms Locally?

Rob, were you able to grab the info requested?

Did you need any more help on this issue?

Hi All
Sorry for the late reply but been really ill. OK, the user has items archived according to to Archive explorer.
The forms are set to always. The only other thing i can think of is zapping her mailbox and reenabling her mailbox.

So what does the user see? Do they not see an archived item icon for an archived item? Everything in the mailbox appears to be just regular mail?
Which version of Outlook?
Do you have a client trace?
Have you cleared the forms cache in Outlook?

Hi Rob
outlook 2007
no client trace yet
No buttons.
06-22-2011 10:48 AM
Okay
No Buttons != forms issue... usually.
No buttons usually means that either the mailbox is not enabled, it's been disabled, problem with reading the hidden message, etc.
Client trace would show more, for sure. And/Or you could try a new Outlook profile... or try an Online Outlook profile versus cached mode.

Sorry Rob
Correction buttons are present forms are not. Everything on the users machine is working but the forms.
06-22-2011 11:13 AM
Well right now I cannot test from the users machine, but I have this feeling that Zapping the mailbox might sort the problem out.
06-22-2011 11:17 AM
So to clarify ... you can't see the shortcut icons? Or the pending one etc?
The user can opened archived items?
The user can do a search?
The user can restore an archived item?
(assuming they have visibility of those buttons)
Have you cleaned the forms cache in Outlook, and restarted Outlook?
06-22-2011 11:29 AM
Correct.
the can store in vault search and restore.

Okay, so.. have you cleared the forms cache in Outlook, and restarted it?
Have you got an EV Outlook client trace, with maximum logging enabled?
Have you tried an online, versus cached mode Outlook profile?
