Uninstalling/Removing EVAnon Virtual Directory - IIS7

What's the best way to uninstall or remove the EVAnon virtual directory from IIS7 on my EV mailbox archiving server??  Is it as simple as deleting the virtual direcotry from IIS, or is there an uninstall script??

I have to ask, why do you want to remove it?

It would be as simple as deleting the virtual directory.  If you need to recreate it just rerun the owauser.wsf script.
