Hi Praveen,
I eco with what Vigil just said. Just a detail information. As soon as you run configuration wizard and create your first EV server then EnterpriseVaultDirectory database create in SQL server, this is default name that cannot be change. EV configuration also configure EnterpriseVautMonitoring to save monitoring details.
During the creation of vault store group (Fingerprint), whatever name you give for group (eg. ASIA Storage) then database name will be EVVSG<GroupName>_<seq1>_<seq1> (eg EVVSVGAsiaStorage_1_1).
For vault store, the name of database will be EVVS<VSName>. If you create VS store name with Praveen Test then database name would be EVVSPradeepTest in SQL server.
The name of audit db will be EnterpriseVaultAudit by default if enable this feature.
You can rename/change vault store group db (fingerprint) & vault store db name if needs to be by taking reference https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100016654 (do it carefully with proper test) however EnterpriseVaultDirectory, EnterpriseVaultMonitoring & EnterpriseVaultAudit cannot be change.
Again, I wouldn’t recommend you to change the name of these database unless it’s absolutely required. This process may require EV operation testing post change of DB name.

Hi Pravind,
You will just have to follow the installation and configuration procedures as documented in the Installation Guide and EV will create the SQL databases with the appropriate names accordingly.
