TECH note Symantec -> ??? Veritas

Hi. It isn't the first time when I click link to Symantec's TECH note and it forwards me to nowhere by saying : Page\Article not found, etc... I did quick search into forum thread and there are some opinions that it happens when article is expired....

Hi Admin, I'm using Windows 8.1 U1 and Chrome browser. Whenever I go to new page after posting a reply/ create new thread or even refresh a page I got prompted by Chrome to save "ect.html.gz" file. Is that a bug ?
