Netbackup reinstallation on VCS infoscale cluster

Hi folks,
I have 3 node in VCS infoscale cluster in dc 2 node and dr 1 node on top of that netbackup 8.1.2 installed.
In dr node netbackup db and global folder most of the files get missed due to this we unable to failover cluster to Dr node. As per tec support team suggested to reinstall the netbackup in dr node.
What is the procedure to reinstall netbackup on Dr node and how to rejoin the cluster.

First and foremost, you need to figure out what caused "In dr node netbackup db and global folder most of the files get missed ".

Are the netbackup db and the global folder in RDS?  What is the status of the rlink?  of these two are in RDS and RVG on DR sote is not in sync with the prod RVG, you can just refresh DR site RVG.

 

If all you want to do is to reinstall netbackup on the dr single node vcs, you can just stop VCS on the dr single node cluster, then follow netbackup installation guide to reinstall (the same version same patch level) on the dr site server,
