The gui ask me to choose the vmtools vmware

when i brows my appliance, i can choose the iso, but when i run the pre-check, i was failed.

i think, it's not the good method, but i don't find any docuements about vm conversion with appliance.

I had an external drive that was connected to the server.
I have excluded the disk from the BMR

The restore is ok

You need to put that iso on a windows server that acts as the VIC.

Yes,

Which versions are you running? I would suggest 7.6.0.3 before even trying to do this. Many bugs related to BMR P2V fixed in 7.6.0.3

are you doing a restore from the current or making a copy? Try with current. Also, are you 100% you have a status 0 backup for the client as the last backup?

i have 100% status 0

i have tried with the current configuration and a copy.

i have the same result : :(

Hi

Check in your NBU catalog if the Full "BMR" backup image for this server still there , it seems the backup is already expired?

no, in the part of collect client
