Where to download Appliance 2.7.1 re-imaging ISO?

You will need the serial number of software license.

It worked in the past. may be 2.7.1 is not available since the link of fileconnect is in symantec.com.

Thanks chaps... but I'm after the bootable ISO for 2.7.1, which I still haven't been able to locate.

I have only seen upgrade software, not ISO. Normally FileConnect only with S/no.

We used to be able to download the DVD ISO from Symantec FileConnect after entering a valid appliance licence serial number, but there doesn't appear to be an equivalent with the Veritas licensing portal pages.

So, at the moment our only option to go to v2.7.1 of an appliance is to upgrade, i.e. we do not appear to have an ISO with which we can re-image, or start from scratch without having to first install v2.6.x.

Found I wasn't using the correct M serial number.

tunix2k and Marianne are correct.  The v2.7.1. ISO is available via Symantec File Connect:
