i cant acces to appliance 5240 with admin user.

password corrupt.

how i can reset password for user admin?

If you had not created a backdoor user, you must open a case to support.
It is not something you can do it yourself.

How to create a backdoor user? Admin and maintenance password always got locked out due to STIG enabled and did not change the password prior to the expiry date.

Hi @Vincent_L 

With STIG enabled, a backdoor user as suggested above will not help you, as all accounts are affected. You should create a calendar reminder for the backup admins to update before the password expires.
