In addition to the TNs in above excellent post -
have you followed the steps in NBU for Lotus Notes Admin Guide carefully?

Have you created bpbkar log folder on the client for troubleshooting?

Hi,

Other thing , your nbu version is oldest,(7.5.0.6), 7.6 is the version closest to your is not supported since Feb 2017..If were you, trying to update this version.

Take a look this article - https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.000019352

Regards,

Thiago

When  I specified the correct way to installation of Lotus domino:   /opt/ibm/domino

then I get messages:

INSTALLATION WARNING:
/opt/ibm/domino/bin/server is 64 bit Domino server.
The 64 bit Domino server is not supported
by NetBackup except for AIX platforms.

I close this topic bcoz 64 bit Domino server is not supported

You now have TWO reasons to upgrade:

1. All versions up to 7.6.x reached EOSL in Feb 2017.

2. 64-bit Domino on RHEL is supported as from NBU 8.0.
(CentOS is not mentioned but if it supported by IBM then it will probably work with NBU as well).
