HP-UX dump file restore

Hello,

Please help with the explanation of this scenario that is being presented:

When restoring several DUMPS from a database (files) under HP-UX to another HP-UX server, the "rename hardlinks" and "rename softlinks" checks are selected by default, but when trying to restore it shows us this message :

The only way to perform the restoration is to deactivate both checks. Does it affect the consistency of the restored files?

Why is this event taking place?

Do you have a rename file defined ?

if not, pls see : https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100016507

Not using the rename file option, should not affect consistency of the restored files. As long as the dump files are restored, you are good.
