NBU 8.1.2 Web UI

We have just upgraded out linux test Netbackup master to 8.1.2 and are trying to look at Smart Meter and need to Associate the Registration Key with the Master but when logging into the WEB UI as a Netbackup Administrator I get the following message - 

"You are unauthorized to access this application.Contact your Netbackup security administrator to request RBAC permissions for the Netbackup web user interface"

From the Relase Notes - 

To start the NetBackup web UI:

• Open a web browser and go to https://masterserver/webui/login.

Note:

Users must be root or an administrator or have a role that is configured for them in NetBackup RBAC.

What user should I be using and do we need to configure RBAC....?

Any user with local admin should work i.e. windows local adminstrator or linux root.
