NetBackup boot server with SRT can not boot, but we can access the folders

I'm totally new to netbackup.

Is there any mechanism to migrate an unbootable  WINDOWS NetBackup boot server with SRT to a new sever?
The OS & NetBackup version on the new server will be the same.
We have access to the files on the old server.

Hello,

SRT's can be usually quickly recreated on another functional boot server via BMR wizards. When they were customized in some way (for example they contain some client related driver packages etc.) you will probably have to repeat these steps on a new server too. Unless the SRTs existed on old server also in an exported form (.cab file), this format can be easily imported into another boot server. Flat SRT files cannot.
