NetBackup v8.2 has ServiceNow integration via an API. Will we be able to only cut tickets for failed jobs that have finished their retries (i.e. DONE_TRYING = 1) ? Or will hooking into ServiceNow mean we get one ticket for each of three failed retries (for example) ?
