The problem was given from a corrupted configuration file on master server, restoring that file all feature now work right.

Hi,
Are you able to browse the vmware clients?
Can you check these articles?

Did you double-check OS SCL to confirm that the VMware vSphere version is supported by NBU 8.x?
Support tends to change across versions where support for newer 3rd-party is introduced and support for older versions is dropped.

Your screenshot 'Screen 2' does not show the VMware backup host.
Can you confirm that the backup host is a supported client or media server?
As per @Thiago_Ribeiro's post - have you tried to manually browse for VMs?
Or maybe create new policy from scratch and see how that goes?
There is no documented issues w.r.t VMware policy creation or modification.
Well, nothing that I can find.

Have you seen my post of 3 weeks ago?
Can you tell us which server is specified/selected as VMware backup host?
You most certainly need to have Enterprise Client license on the master server or else Platform / Capacity license for VMware backups.

the problem is given on master server and backup appliance (media).
The platform have the capacity plarform license.
THe issue can reside on DB?

You have selected Solaris as Master server. The Backup Host cannot be Solaris.
You need to ensure that Appliance media server is selected as backup host.
