Vmware backup job size is bigger than expected

Hello,

I have a problem with vmware backup. The job size is bigger than the used size in server. I think NetBackup is saving all provisioned storage instead only changed blocks. 

I have enabled in policy:

 - Enable file recovery from VM backup

 - Enable block-level incremental backup

 - Exclude deleted blocks

 - Exclude swap and paging files

 - Accelerator is also enabled. 

We're facing this issue in serveral vmware clients and I don't know since when... 

I launched a backup with forced rescan enabled and vmware resetted the CBT but the issue persist... 

Does someone any idea regarding I have to check or some log that can be helpful?  Thanks in advanced.

You need to provide more information,:
does this happening for all VMs in Vmware, or specific ones ?
can you provide us job log details?
Provide us the details of the policy , bppllist <policyname> -L 

what is the type of disk for mentioned VM(s), if it is thick provisioning, the netbackup will backup complete RAW disk,rather than only used size.

Regarding the logs, what logs are needed? 

The vmware disks aren't thick.
