I am trying ro create a recovery disk for System Recovery 2013 R2 on Windows 11. It gets so far then fails with error ECA313D9 saying it cant find the vcrt9.0 runtime. I have installed this from the original disk (its showing in control panel) but I have noticed that the folder where it is installed is slightly different to that in the error message. Could this be the problem and if so, what do I do to get around it?
Thanks.
Tony

You will need the most recent version of Veritas System Recovery (v22) to be able to support Windows 11. For details please refer to the SCL (Software Compatibility List):

Thanks for the reply, I guess that makes sense. However, I am confused as to how to purchase an upgrade and I find the Veritas site to be somewhat confusing, and there are no prices quoted. I did find a reseller but they were quoting over $500 which cont be right for a personal copy - can it?
