I have Enterprise Vault 9.0 and Client is Windows 7. I already have installed Outlook add-in on Client Machine.
When i try to open mails in outlook by double clicking mail item , it does not open.

Yeah. I can see EV buttons on menu ribbon in outlook. Also icons for Archived items also correctly visible.
When i double click item in outlook it says "Can not connect to Enterprise Vault Server"
