the access appliance has a web dashboard ,login to its CLI (clish) and it will give you The URL for accessing the GUI.Unfortunately I never worked with the Access appliance to let you know the information which you have requested.

which version of netbackup you have?is it BYO server or you are using nebackup appliance (flex).what is the SQL or Oracle Client OS (linux or Windows).
