On Thursday, October 11th, Veritas’ Roseville team closed its summer long Minnovate program with a celebration honoring the FY18 Patent Award recipients, including a showcase of the four leading ideas.
What is Minnovate?
Minnnovate is a one-of-a-kind program developed by Veritas’ Roseville Site Committee to inspire the Roseville team to explore their potential through a series of educational ideation sessions led by industry leaders. During the course of the summer, the Minnovate team collaborated to tune the program to address the unique interests and needs of Roseville staff and our guest engagement.
The results were impressive.
Our goal was to use the learning sessions to generate three concepts that could be molded into action plans to submit to the Veritas Product Review Board. The Minnovate team generated four concepts, and will be partnering with the Veritas Architectural Review Board mentors to refine each for a broader organizational presentation.

With the future in mind, those of us guiding the Minnovate program are seeking fresh, interesting opportunities to encourage innovative thinking among our staff, customers, and partners, including integration in the upcoming DPGE Hackathon.
