IT says ticket is resolved. BUT, they have used the wrong IPs. Meanwhile, we have approved the Install Template (Step 3 done).
11:15am Oracle says time has run out and the install has to be pushed out. Negotiated and bought ourselves 2 more hours.
Clock is ticking. IT support unable to resolve the problem. Escalated to contact in US. Meanwhile, setting up a separate VM for OEM installation.
