Slides and Notes from the Michigan Storage & High Availability User Group Meeting - November 12, 2010

Randy talked about his experience with upgrading to Netbackup 7.  He shared some of the issues they encountered and offered suggestions on what to look for when upgrading.

Phillip provided a follow up talk regarding their testing of Dedup and what they experienced.  They can’t endorse any one product, nor do they intend to (for obvious reasons), but reminded all of us to really do our homework and investigate when considering a product. 

We also had an open question and answer session.

We discussed the possibility of having the next meeting in March 2011.  More info to come.
