Veritas Access - Data Deduplication pool as MSDP for a media server

Hello there !!

Can I use MSDP pool from Veritas Access to be integrated with a new media server so that I can offload my backups directly to it ? I am currently using Netbackup Appliance 5240 as Master **bleep** Media server and need to offload backups so as to reduce the CPU/RAM utilization on this appliance. What are the options I have ?

    Veritas Access is not mean for direct backups on it but to retain your long term data. Know that it’s a low cost storage and you may experience lots of delays in backup.

    Hence direct backups to access isn’t recommended.
