Backup Exec server not ready - discovering devices

I disabled one of the tape drives in the library using the Storage tab. Now I am seeing "Backup Exec server not ready - discovering devices" for active jobs.

All services are running.  Any suggestions greatly appeciated?

    Restarted server now it says: Ready; No Backup Exex servers are available

      I would try restarting the BE services one more time.

    Had the same problem, no ghosted devices on devmgmt, restarted services, then server. Made sure no other jobs were running. 

    Inventoried then Catalogued the tape again as seperate jobs and was able to run a duplicate to disk of the tape's contents.
