BackupExec-2016: ready no writable idle devices are available

Question

HI Techies, we are using BE:2016 in windows server 2012 R2 and my backup will start once i restart the service or Server and once the backup running completes both drives shows online and no backup run after that and all my job scheduled stay in queue with job status "ready;no writable idle devices are available " , thanks if you could help me on this. if you need any more details please let me know.

This error message is usually caused by a hardware related issues.&nbsp;Check the Windows Event Viewer --&gt; System logs for Event ID 5,7, 9, 11 or 15.
